To achieve the goals of the department, First Arriving created a website that focuses on recruitment but also adds to the overall user experience so that anyone interested in volunteering has an easy experience finding information.  

Shawn Mosholder, the website administrator, spent a year looking for a company to partner with to help them reach their goals. Ultimately, he decided to go with First Arriving because the team “understands the fire service and that’s important.”

Mosholder claims that First Arriving helped them reach their goal by creating a user friendly experience that attracts community members and get their interested in volunteer recruitment.

Since the launch of their new website this fall, the Bendersville Community Fire Company has received positive feedback from the community and perspective volunteers.
