Gear Grid Launches Website to Improve User Experience and Functionality

Gear Grid, a company that specializes in storage solutions for a variety of industries, recently launched their new site with First Arriving. This has helped them reach their goal of creating a strong online presence for their business.

Gear Grid, located in Forest Lake, Minnesota, needed to update their site to improve the overall customer experience. Emily Krych, Gear Grid’s Marketing and Sales Specialist, was the main project manager handling the communication with the First Arriving Team.

First Arriving’s attention to detail was what really pushed Gear Grid to work with them. Krych enjoyed her experience, because of the team’s quick response to all questions Krych had. “We had a lot of faith and confidence in them,” Krych said, “We fully trusted them with every step of the process.”

First Arriving not only revamped Gear Grid’s new site by improving design and functionality but also taught Krych how to update the site independently. Krych was given the tools and technology to be able to sustain the new site and any content changes that may arise.

Gear Grid’s competitors distribute primarily through distributors while Gear Grid has its own distribution center in Forest Lake and with this new site created by First Arriving, they are hoping to stay on top on their industry.
