The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport department runs almost 2000 calls a year and through their recent installation of First Arriving Digital Dashboards in their stations, they will be able to run more efficiently as a department.

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport department runs almost 2000 calls a year and through their recent installation of First Arriving Digital Dashboards in their stations, they will be able to run more efficiently as a department.

Ray Dabbelt found out about First Arriving Dashboards from a local county and wanted to bring it over to his department.

“Our goals are to broadcast information to the different shifts because we are split between different fire houses,” Dabbelt said.

Through First Arriving Dashboards, they have been able to efficiently relay information to their 50+ members. This doesn’t require anyone to check their email constantly to be up-to-date with information.

Their dashboard system is displayed on large TV’s that members can’t miss it when they are coming in and out of the department. This has really helped the department to reach their goals.

First Arriving worked hard to make sure that the department was set up and ready to use their dashboards. “Ross was really responsive when we had questions,” Dabbelt said. “He was quick to get things up and implemented for us.”

The department is very happy with their dashboards and have been showing it to other departments who are also thinking of implementing this technology as well.
