Recruitment Project Spotlight: Caroline County Fire-Rescue

The First Arriving Video Team visited Caroline County, Va. in spring 2019 for their recruitment video shoot. Throughout the weekend shoot, we worked with more than 20 volunteers from three departments.

Once our editors wrapped up Caroline’s video package, First Arriving developed a series of recruitment marketing campaigns using the new department videos. These video campaigns were seen by thousands and drove hundreds of traffic sessions to Caroline County Fire-Rescue’s website.
