Episode 1: Coming Out Of Crisis Mode With Winning Fire/EMS Volunteer Recruitment

This inaugural episode of the “Ask the Recruiters” video podcast show will address volunteer firefighter & EMS recruitment and retention challenges during COVID-19 and how it has caused volunteer organizations to get creative in how they market to, interact with, onboard and train new volunteers and those candidates who were in process pre-pandemic.
Burtonsville Volunteer Fire Department Recruiter and Volunteer Coordinator, Walter Campbell will join Tiger and Matt to share his creative solutions to the challenges his department has faced during these precarious times.
Interacting with online participants, Tiger and Matt will share unique solutions they’ve discovered being implemented across the nation.
