What Can You Get from My CAD/Alerting?
First Arriving has partnerships with a variety of alerting and notification systems, including popular platforms such as Active911, Locution Systems, Bryx, iSpy Fire and Spillman CAD (now owned by Motorola). We also have incident response and other data fed to us from many different CAD and notification platforms.
How Can I Get My Info on First Arriving’s Dashboards?
We can get whatever you can get us for the most part. If your CAD has the ability to send us a feed (via any number of formats) of calls, call status, unit status and more, we can likely get it up and running. Everyone’s CAD is different including what services are included with your CAD package, so it’s always best to check with your provider. We typically take feeds via API, email parsers, XML and other means. Ask your sales representative for details and we’ll connect our developers with your CAD as needed.
Third Party Integration Costs
A few third party integration partners may require a specific service plan, modest add-on fee or subscription level to integrate your content with them on First Arriving Dashboards (or any outside platform). Our sales team will advise you if any of your integrations may apply.

For dedicated monitors in stations and facilities, we recommend 43-55″ mounted TVs, the size depends how far up the wall it is from eye-line. For offices, homes and on the go, desktop and tablet options are also available.
