Through the dedicated efforts of its members, Franklin Lakes Fire Department are “neighbors helping neighbors.” They are proud of their rich history of tradition and bravery and are always seeking new recruits to add to their family. Franklin Lakes Fire Department operates out of two separate stations. In addition to creating a user-friendly and informative website to help the department become even more successful in serving their community, the department took advantage of First Arriving’s recruitment strategy program.
